Color Consultation
This is a service we provide that starts at $100 and depends on how many rooms or colors. Why chance choosing the wrong colors when you can have an expert pick your colors for you. I have yet to have an unhappy client with over 100 color consultations to date. The average cost is $200
Consultation
A paid service where we go through every inch of your property to help you prepare it for market. Both interior and exterior since you are selling both the inside and outside of your house and yard. Prices vary depending on the property size and amount of accumulated possessions and size of family. Written reports are advised.
Proposal
A free service where we come to your property and take your information then return with a written proposal to stage your property.
Owner Occupied Staging
A service where we go through your house and rearrange your furniture and belongings to optimize the flow and appearance of your space. Often it is necessary to supplement the owners belongings with some of Alabaster Staging's art and accessories. Sometimes we add furniture to unused rooms, each staging is different. If pets are in the house no upholstered furniture or rugs can be added. (except for gold fish, etc.)
Unoccupied Staging or Vacant
These are the most common staging we perform. We prefer to look at the house and determine which rooms need full staging. We can do as little or as much as you like. We know that the main rooms that sell the house are the living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom.
Builder's Models
We currently have several builders models throughout King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties. They range from Luxury Condos to Residential Developments.
Rebecca Henderson received her Accredited Staging ® Professional MASTER (ASPM) designation in September 2005 under the direct supervision of Barb Schwarz, the Creator of the Home Staging Industry ® ! Rebecca is one of Barb's star pupils, having received over 500 hours of ASP training. She also had the privilege of being part of the team that staged Barb's home while it was on the market. Additionally, she has appeared on two television interview/stagings.
In 2006, Rebecca founded the Tacoma chapter of the IAHSP (International Association of Home Staging Professionals) where she held the position as President.
Rebecca believes its important for Realtors® to be trained in the basics of Home Staging and has paid for many Realtors® to attend Barbs training course to become ASP certified.
